While living in the Balkans Jonah fell in love with the texture he found himself surrounded by. Textured buildings, textured experiences, textured people. The buildings presented in this series are just one instance of the texture Jonah was so enamored with. It should be noted that these buildings do not represent all of Jonah's experience in the Balkans, in Bulgaria, or in Vidin. Often, he sought out such buildings. That being said, these are important places and memories for Jonah.
